“The Oromo Cultural Center Youth Program ( OCC Youth Program) aims to provide a safe, enriching environment for Oromo youth of Greater Seattle; where they can excel academically and socially among their peer group. Our goal is to empower a sense of self and community as well as instill strong moral character within our youth through various extracurricular activities.”

    Tutoring

    Start Date:

    The OCC tutoring program will start on 2/16/2016

    When:

    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-8:00 pm

    and Saturdays from 1:00-3:00 pm

    Where:

    Oromo Cultural Center (OCC)

    8819 Renton Ave S Seattle, WA 98118, USA 

    Services Provided:

    • Free tutoring services for the East-African youth(grades 6-12) of the greater Seattle area

    • One on one assistance in all core subjects

    • Mentorship, academic activities, and positive learning experiences

    • Also fun and educational field trip
